Speedlink Xeox (sl-4446-bk) -Y axis of the right stick and left trigger operated simultaneously

Steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After connecting my gamepad to the computer, I ran the emulator and found the 
following. When I send the right stick down, the left trigger is activated. 
Screenshot in attachment. In games using this emulator the problem happens, but 
in other games it does not.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Y axis of the right stick and left trigger operated simultaneously

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?
app 2.1.2.199, r766 library, windows 8 x64

What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?

You aren't using the 766 dll with the app (bottom right corner)

Thank you, the previous problem is solved, but now the dialog box that does not 
allow to run the game. This can be seen in the screenshot

Version .789 solved both issues for me.  Everything works fine (as for now).
