Analog Stick Sensitivity. #881

Thanks for this project, but I wondered if there is any thing could make me 
increase my analog Stick sensitivity "the opposite of Dead zone option" which 
means : I want my sticks responce to every slight move with major effect.

I hope am not asking for much.

You need to follow the template to ask for help or submit idea's.

Reason for this, is that some suggestions are made based on bad or buggy pad 
drivers,  also many xinput titles already support sensitivity adjustment.

x360ce more or less translates the sensitive as is provided by the pad and its 
driver. attempting to adjust this from inside the wrapper requires complex 
floating point math and it cannot be guaranteed that the adjustment will be 
precise because of this.
