This pull request includes commits to:

fix the last few internal import statements to be Py3 compatible.
make scamp check whether "sextractor" is available is "sex" is not (older versions used the long name)
apparently I fixed a bug in the pill drawing months ago and never sent it to you, so it's here now.

Commit eff1eaf adds a fix to a bug in pill.py which has hopefully only affected me. Basically it was over-estimating the uncertainty if you used multiple apertures.
