Try on the cluster with more cells #12

Understand the trade-off between number of CPUs and memory: how many parallel tasks can we run before running out of memory? It will depend on the nb of cells. If we cannot find satisfactory trades-off (e.g. we need to set very few nb of CPUs to run 10^10 cells) then we need to change the ecDNA distribution vector. To decide how many cells to run, have a look at the max copy number required (max of the excel sheet in #6 )
