RSVP's Not Working #37

Form name UASX Careers in Real Estate Zoom Call

Entry id 8, 11, 12

Expected behavior None updated properly, RSVP did not update, survey is linked, worked for other submissions.

UASX Centennial Form is having issues. It is linked properly and should add the surveyee to the proper group code of "Attending virutual 100th" and "Attending 100th in person" neither are currently updating. The last submission I see is 13 - Kevin Stombaugh, and GMS is stating under the view data section that only 1 submission has been sent. I added the images below to add context of what I am seeing.
