The MMEmployer report requires that there be a main address (i.e., main=1) so lost reports don't make as much sense for this merge. This was a requirement that you put on early on in the development of the mailmerge reports. If I remove the requirement it matches other numbers in the system.

Additional context Jeremy, when you run the employer merge report it is showing less than 70 names for chapter alumni lost but the database for other reports shows 198 names and that is what is showing on the website page for lost. Not sure if how is being pulled is impacting missing cell phones and emails well.
I had tried to run an employer merge with just lost so we could see where we had emails and social media for followup. It must be something with either status or valid yes or no but works with other reports.
