Use existing international license instead of "Datenlizenz Deutschland" #10

Do not use "Datenlizenz Deutschland – Namensnennung – Version 1.0" but an existing license A list is available here: http://opendefinition.org/licenses/

It does not help to proliferate new licenses without having very good reasons for doing so.

And it absolutely does not help to use a German language license in an international context.

DL-DE is in principle accepted by the Open Definition Advisory Board, corrections pending.
