Hello,

can you please provide a detailed documentation about the role of each of your component within the application?

Are there user stories, features or other documents ("Lastenheft") that describe the functionality?

Thank you for interest. The source code you find release here is a snapshot of the EU OpenCities. The documentation is part of the official deliverables and will soon be published at open http://opencities.net .

In case you are interested in the German GovData software: It was developed and documented based on this code but separately. Those artifacts will be released as soon as the compatibility of various involved open source licenses have been sorted out.
