Add y4m option for output #48

Adding y4m output would mean an output that's playable without external metadata knowledge, which would be an important milestone for ease of use.

We might be looking into adding y4m towards the end of the year, but this is a very low priority task.

In the meantime, please mind that the decoder app is not actually intended for broader use and is more of a proof of concept. The main deliverable of the project is the library.
