Extract SSDP discovery into new lib? #1

(I know you're busy, don't feel obliged to respond until you have time)

I was checking out your asyncio based SSDP discovery in this lib, and was wondering if you would want to extract it and publish it as a standalone lib to PyPI? If you make a repo under your account and give me access, I'm happy to help you with it too.

Ugh, I just found out that create_datagram_endpoint is not supported on Windows, hence we can't use it in Home Assistant 😢 So I will no longer pursuing this.
