Add support for The Netherlands #233

Add the flag of The Netherlands ahead of its launch on 29th February.

It's a bit more than just adding the flag, we need the website to be live first so that we can support it with the extension (so that it will add so the badges to the new site etc..) so we can't do this until probably the end of Feb just before the events start
