Plugin stops communicating with N1MM+, loses ability to foreground app, detect VFO changes

Describe the bug N1MM+ windows not coming to foreground, and Radio 2 is reported by plugin as not being initialized, and eventually the plugin stops updating the radio-jogged frequency. Watchdog timer does not indicate any timeouts until after stopping the Radio broadcasts in N1MM+. Re-enabling Radio broadcasts does not fix the issue; had to restart the plugin to recover.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Seeking repro, initial guess is plugin started after Radio 1 message posted, but before Radio 2 message posts, which is not accepted until a repost following the next Radio 1 message.

Expected behavior No loss of radio sync, no loss of window control

This might have been fixed during a recent update that closed an issue with radio broadcasts being fully processed for the first time before the plugin has had a chance to open up its command port back to N1MM+, leaving radios 1 and/or 2 in limbo. We'll see if this issue resurfaces over the following weeks.
