Award submission plan #12

Need to review and plan which awards we will apply for. First submission is in Dec, rest are in 2014. Some will be required based on certain grants we receive.

See recent emails/posts from FIRST, many of which have to do with award submissions. Lots of dates, and they're coming up fast!
