Look Into Vision Sensor #20

The camera and vision targets would be useful if we decide to shoot for the upper goals. If we could start looking into the supplies and geometry required, we can be ready if we decide to use them.

We didn't really do this for competition, so closing. (For post-season activities, we should create new issues under our main GitHub repository).
