Set up new Wireless Bridge from KOP #3

Set up the wireless bridge that came with the kit of parts, using "4931" for the SSID. Note: we'll have to change our existing bridge to a different SSID; see #4.

@Zabot ran the Network Configuration Utility ran and the bridge seems to be working.
