Create CAD model of our robot, as built #34

We need to have CAD models for our robot's structure (chassis, superstructure, mechanisms) as built. This means measuring the parts as they have fabricated (which may differ from the original design), and then modifying the existing part models or creating new parts.

The reason is so that, if part of our structure breaks or we need to replace anything, we can look at the CAD model for the actual sizes, then someone can fabricate the part while another person disassembles. Very important in time-critical situations, like between matches.

Without an accurate CAD model, we will likely have to wait until the part is removed from the robot before its replacement can be fabricated. This is fine under normal situations, but very bad during competition.

We don't want to do this too early, otherwise we risk not updating the CAD model if we change parts.

@jasonsch99 can work with @InfinityAura33, @Fireblaze747, and @oryn42 to CAD up the robot.

We didn't really do this for competition, so closing. (For post-season activities, we should create new issues under our main GitHub repository).
