Create BOM #51

The BOM is required for Inspection

Step 1: write down a complete list of all parts and quantities on the robot. This must be done before bag and tag.

Step 2: find cost for all parts and quantities, and enter on the FIRST Bill Of Materials (BOM) Template (also on our Dropbox).

Step 1 was written completed on 2/18 before bag and tag. Now we just need to translate that into the official BOM template.
