Procure New Range Sensor #64

As far as we can tell, the range sensor we have is shot. We need to acquire a new one. If it's not too expensive, we might want to pick up two.

Still want to have electrical team diagnose the old one. May just be a broken/loose wire.

Also need to look to see if better model for our needs: cheaper, don't need the 1mm resolution, etc.
