Letter of thanks to Triad

Need to write letter to Triad team thanking them for all their help. Among the things they did:

• fabricated several parts in their shop, usually on short notice
• May print labels for us (if we use them for that)
• Also help with KOP checkout at kickoff
• Loaned us tools (conduit bender)
• Answered lots of email questions
• Let me think...

@randej, can you add to the list of things that they did, since you've worked with them more than I?

Rough Draft of Letter:

Dear Triad High School Team ….,

Your team has shown much gracious professionalism over the past few weeks.  You have done so much to help out our team and give us direction.  It is greatly appreciated and has been of great use.

Team …. has made any confusion clear to us.  Clearing the path of any large obstacles, your team answered many questions that caused misunderstanding of our new team.  We used some of your lent tools such as a conduit bender which was an essential for this big project.  It was of great use and we thank you.

On short notice, you would often help us with tasks and the fabrication of several parts in your shop.  We also found use of your labels quite handy when it came to labeling things (what did we label?).  You have been so generous with your resources that we would just like to recognize your generosity and kindness.

(Expand on Kickoff. Don't know what really happened.... Sorry :/ )

I was unable to write the whole letter due to the fact I was not at kickoff being unable to really explain it and tried to be as general about it. If there are any other things they gave or contributed, add it to the list.
