Build electrical chassis (for robot #1) #15

All of the electronics on a robot (except for the battery) should be installed on a board pre-sized correctly to fit into the mechanical chassis, so that:

To install the electronics into the robot, simply install the board and connect the wires from the controllers to the motors, pneumatic cylinders, etc.

Plexiglass might be a great material for this.
