Request replacement or missing parts #46

Document any parts that are damaged or missing from #38 (Kit of Parts inventory).

If we have any, we should use the FIRST "Replacement Parts Request" system. IMPORTANT: This is a time limited, one-time only opportunity to submit your Replacement Parts Request. All Replacement Parts Request must be received by 12 pm (noon) ET on Friday, 1/10/14.
