Merge branch "post-handling" to "master" (Implements POST handling) #16

THIS IS UNTESTED.

I think we can merge this simply to begin work on the example implementation, if we want to use it at IRI. According to my understanding, a little bit more tweaking is necessary to get this to play nicely in the same Rack instance, but for now the POST/PUT/DELETE/GET routing is all set up.

Anyone want to test and comment on stuff? If everyone is okay with untested stuff, I can just go ahead and ship this.
