Merge branch 'migration-script' into branch 'master'. #7

This allows the database setup process to be slightly easier on end-users; Sequel migrations are performed internally which is helpful. This was mostly inspired by @cg505's comment on b634d64d2c28e25d569826082af7654059c8442a, plus documentation (of course ;))

Looks good to me. I suggest removing the need to manually run migrations in the README.
