Less placement dependent cheval #90

For the driving back thing: This is better (then the original) because we always know it will be right at the cheval. If we get the arm thing to work for then I think that will be better. This is just another option we can test once we get to comp

For the arm bottom position: I believe if I recall the arms never reach the bottom position because the cheval prevents it from doing so.

Oh oh oh I see. So it's like how we slam into the wall to get a bearing. If so then we can do this and then just do what we normally do (whatever that is)
