Create control replay system #83

Last year, team 3373 wrote a system to record joystick input and replay it as an autonomous mode. We should look into doing something like that; it could be credit toward the Innovation in Control award (which we've won for the past two years—best not to stop now...).

We should also store data on the battery voltage at the time. Scaling!
