Pre-comp clean up #106

I would like us to go through the codebase and remove any unused commands and maybe reorganize a little bit to ensure that we are ready to make changes on the fly during comp. This is also a good way to get everyone on the same page to reduce confusion.

This is fairly low priority but if we ever find ourselves without something to do we could do this
