Changing Grid used in path follower to real units #14

currently our grid for calculations is measure in encoder ticks. discuss pros and cons of changing the measurement system into a real world unit such as m, mm, feet, etc...

I think that a conversion algorithm should be made available. We would be able to get measurements while the robot is in use. Seems more practical. My two cents. How would it affect accuracy?
