Tune path following #9

Logic seems pretty sound for path following so now it needs to be tuned for the best performance. We need speed and accuracy on the path following and this can be achieved by playing with:

the drive pid (increase max speed past 50%)
the turn pid and drive limiter pid
lowering the error band on how close you need to be to a point

Robot has undergone some tuning and is now faster and more precise than before
