The Help Command system is a mess.
It needs to be rewritten to be more adaptable to further bot changes.
Part of this rewrite should also include rewriting all command getDocumentation implementations to use some central way of setting the bots prefix rather than hardcoding "s!" (We may want to use o! or something else because the bots identity should be moving away from Sinon/Steve)
