[x] We need to protect the cable running from the color sensor to the roboRIO
[x] We need to make sure the motor is wired to its motor controller
[x] We need to make sure the solenoid is wired to the PCM

@HeathHudson if the other tasks (up to and/or including swerve) get handled tonight, you should check that the data cable for the color sensor is protected so that we won't unplug it while moving.
