Figure out what components we need to do vision

Depending on the path we take, we might need different components.

Using cameras and a Raspberry Pi, we would need:

• Light source
• Retroreflective tape (we may have this already)

Going a different route, we might consider the Limelight (https://limelightvision.io/) and the requirements for it to work.
