Let the ColorWheel Subsystem convert the center color to the color under the sensor #47

If yellow is in the center, green is under the sensor. If red is in the center, blue is under the sensor. If blue is in the center, red is under the sensor. If green is in the center, yellow is under the sensor.

And vice-versa (of course).
