Use full throttle range to control shooter speed in correct direction #73

Instead of using the throttle like a typical axis with forward and reverse, map the full range of the throttle axis to the forward range of the shooter speed.

-1 on joystick = shooter stopped
+1 on joystick = full shooter speed
