Add a TestArm commandgroup to:

Run the arm up for 1/8s, check that amp draw and angle-change thresholds reached Run the arm down for 1/8s, check that amp draw and angle-change thresholds reached

Raise carriage to middle Lower arm to "bottom" angle, confirm that angle reads within tolerance. Raise arm to "top" angle, confirm that angle reads within tolerance.
