Scouts should be able to watch games and seamlessly rate and rank teams based on strategy compatibility and performance. This could be achieved either through a star system or a draggable ranking list.

This links into the ID card login mentioned in #11. Every scout should have their own page with all of the teams, and they can drag the teams to rank them. I think this is good data to be able to look over the night before elims, even if we don't do any sort of averaging with it. However, we could also sort the main list of teams by averaging these rankings, allowing a sort of "democratic" scouts team ranking.
