chore: General cleanup

[Chapabu]

• Update all dependencies
• Remove Lerna in favour of NX
  • Lerna may need re-adding later
• Add npm workspaces
• Remove usage of Bluebird where possible in favour of vanilla promises
• Address all non-Vorpal security updates (#1176)
