@rickydazla I would agree that the span displays poorly when the note is too long. Perhaps a better alternative rather than to adjust the float would be to display as block element but only if the length is above a certain threshold. Image shows block in use.

Displaying block as standard might be better, there is the possibility of someone using a long Key too..
