I've been attempting to use the bulk edit tags to add tags to manual collections and it's only applying the tag to a fraction of the products. I've tried on multiple manual collections and it's never the full amount. I've run it multiple times on the same collections, even changing the viewing order to see if maybe that would help, and it still only adds the tags to the same products every time.
