New faster settings format #63

Now this watchface takes up to 2.5 seconds for start and 1 second to end at least at APLITE. This is because lots of persistread... and persistwrite... methods are called (each of them takes nearly 50ms). This commit reduces those calls to 3 for loading and 2 for saving. Previous settings would be saved.
