Support ISO version of Schematron #23

The schematron implementation currently supports version 1.5 of Schematron.
 It should be updated to support the ISO version.

oNVDL has some support we can probably use.

Hi Martin,

ISO Schematron is not Schematron 1.6 or 1.5 with a different namespace so there 
is more to update than the namespace: support for abstract patterns, Schematron 
includes, some syntax changes, etc. See the issues 60 to 64 for some details.

Hi George,

thank you for your quick reply. OK, I see there is the need to set up a new SAX 
ContentHandler for the AbstractPattern feature of ISO-Schematron.
