IP Addresses being truncated #566

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

After updating to Wordpress 3.9.2 text fields that contained IP addresses are
being truncated when editing.

When I go to the Wordpress Backend and look up the custom content type I
created there are several fields that contain IP addresses ###.###.###.### The
IP addresses show correctly on the wordpress admin side and on the front end,
however when I click on the edit button, any field containing an IP address
gets truncated at 7 digits (all IP addresses have 3 digits then a period then 3
more digits).

I have disabled all the plugins except for this one and the problem still
occurs and have also tried with system default theme as well as my custom theme.
