Please make sure you are including enough information to make this a valid
bug report: https://code.google.com/p/wordpress-custom-content-type-
manager/wiki/ReportingBugs

What steps will reproduce the problem? (Be *specific*)
1. Specifically wordpress 4.0 will cause the scrollbars to disappear when
selecting an image to put into a custom field (image)

What is the expected output?
The page shouldn't freeze

What do you see instead?
The scroll bars disappear, noticed this was the issue when I tried Command-'-'
until I can click the Update post button. The changes take effect but I just
downgraded to 3.8.4 instead. It works in 3.8.4, not sure where exactly it
breaks but does not work in 4.0

Does the problem continue if you disable all other plugins? (plugin
conflicts cause a LOT of problems, so please isolate the problem)

Please copy and paste the system information that appears in a yellow
textarea when you click on "Report a Bug" on any CCTM admin screen (this
includes the version of the
plugin, the version of PHP, the version of MySQL, a list of other active
plugins etc.):

I've solved this issue adding a line and modifying another one in js/thickbox.js

I just needed the modal-open removed, and didn't need the overflow part.
