Issues with Master Controller Handling #64

[x] New Mastercontroller on RoundOptions Scene does not get the buttons
[x] New Mastercontroller does not get Pause button
[x] If a new Mastercontroller connects during round, he does not get the icons
[x] pressing pause makes the wrong waiting areas appear
