Sticky footer #63

Footer should be sticky.

Is this about the issue seen in https://github.com/freaktechnik/advanced-github-notifier/issues/7#issuecomment-1134751324 when the extension is moved to the "Overflow Menu"?

There, the footer is not sticking to the bottom of the pop-up window.

The footer is not sticky when there are many notifications that lead to an overflow of the panel size in general.
