Cannot select video capture source #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run ChronoLapse
2.Select "Capture" Tab
3.Select "Configure" button for Webcam

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instructions say that first dialog box allows selection of source.
I only see a "format" window but no "source".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.7 on Windows Vista.

Please provide any additional information below.

I forgot to add that the defaulted source is my internal TV tuner, not my 
internal webcam.

Was 'source' option removed when switching to openCV?  Consider bringing old 
cam lib back on windows.
