No access to two dialogs with webcam options #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch CL
2. In "Capture" tick "Webcam"
3. Hit "Configure"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As written in the manual "Webcam: Check the box to enable webcam captures and 
hit the configure button to popup two dialgos with webcam options. On the first 
dialog, select the correct source and video size."

I don't have any dialog. I only see "Test webcam" button, "Show Timestamp", 
"File Prefix", "Save Folder" and "File Format" fields.

I want to set the captured image resolution to my webcam's native resolution 
(1920x1080) and not 640x480.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CL 1.0.7 on Windows 8.1
