add clock to gui #9

The clock should live in the top right corner. It starts when the first cell is revealed, and ends when the game is either won or lost. It would be good if it looked like an eight segment display, but that can be done later

Could use font (eg. https://www.dafont.com/digital-7.font) but if that's too hard images of a seven segment display would be the most versatile
