Remove unicode.patch when unicode.xml is fixed upstream #36

After #5 unicode.xml is patched: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-math/2013Dec/0001.html

The patch is a quick workaround and I'm not sure it's very good. Hopefully @davidcarlisle will update unicode.xml soon.

So this is almost fixed... Just waiting that @davidcarlisle integrates the remaining change:
