Add LaTeX commands for Arabic mathvariants #64

Currently, we have \\mathbb, \\mathbf \mathtt etc We don't have things for the Arabic mathvariants at least.

@khaledhosny @davidcarlisle : any idea of LaTeX commands for initial, tailed, looped and stretched mathvariants?

I don't know of any existing tex support, if they appeared in a suitable math font @wspr could no doubt add them to unicode-math. something like \mathlooped I guess but I would defer to @khaledhosny on the naming.
