Even more forcibly show MathML in VisualEditor #15

Since Firefox supports -webkit-device-pixel-ratio (v63+, October 2018), the workaround in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/EMAT/browse/master/modules/ve-math/ve.ce.MWLatexNode.css overrides our rule, and no formula appears in VisualEditor. Try harder to get our rule apply.

Thanks for merging it! When do you plan to publish the new version on AMO? I could compile and install it for myself, but actually this PR was in response to a bug report from another user, who probably doesn’t have the necessary technical knowledge to do so.
